Crowne Plaza Hotel Resort

This place was so great. Luckily we stayed with them the day after our nightmare in miami. They made everything better. Not only did they have our room ready by check in time, it was even ready early. I explained my previous nightmare to them & they said don't worry. That small sentence summed up the whole island. It was amazing & it all started w/ this hotel. If you stay here, you definately won't regret it.

It was wonderful, the staff was friendly and had great recommendations for dining and site seeing.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I didn't have to worry about anything. The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job. The concierge was very helpful.

We were here in February 2007, and while the rooms were nice, they did not tell us they were under construction. We got no sleep.

It was very deceptive of them and not appreciated on an expensive vacation.

The hotel is in perfect location to view Key West highlights and nightlife. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They did a fantastic job of making sure the drapes were open or closed depending on the time of the day. The room was refreshed in a timely manner.

The soundproofing was lacking making my room very noisy.
