The room was comfortable.The room was small. We found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and quiet. It was nice for a good nights sleep, which is just what we needed at 1:00 in the morning.

Evening staff very helpful.Very difficult to find and no recycling program. When you think of Crowne Plaza you think of luxury. This hotel is a moderate Holiday Inn instead. Helpful staff and good parking.

Very comfortable, clean and great service. My first time in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary relaxation CD. I played it in the provided player and drifted off to a sound and relaxing sleep. I appreciated the great idea.

Clean hotel and nice rooms.Restaurant closed too early at night. The hotel is not at the airport. So if you are going to Pittsburg this hotel is in the right direction, but if you travel anywhere else then south, then you must add 15 to 20 minutes...

Rooms were elegant and impeccably clean.Location was not idle but only due to parkway construction. Very impressive lobby, good staff, very attractive rooms, a good experience.
