This was my second stay right after the hurricanes went through Orlando. I was impressed at the level of service even though there was obvious damage to the building's atrium. There was no lack of service; indeed, it was improved from my second stay
The bed was extremely comfortable and there were very nice amenities for the bath. They had a relaxation kit of eye mask, relaxing cd, and lavender spray. Quiet rooms, nice furnishings and excellent service. I liked the expanded room service options.

The staff knew we were from out of state and made sure we knew what some of the local areas offered. They continually let us know they were glad we were with them.
