We spent 3 nights at this hotel during a sunny 102 degree week. The air conditioner worked "okay", but not great the first night, but not well at all the next night. We complained at the desk and a maintenance man wrote our room number down, presumably to go and fix it. It was still below par our final night. After receiving our "express bill" under the door, I went to talk to the desk clerk in hopes of getting a reduction due to the AC problems. She was very sympathetic and offered to "comp our entire visit". A free stay went a long way in sweetening the distaste of a less than perfect stay.

hotel was very over crowed and clearly not prepared to deal with so many guest. the grounds outside were not policed and had not been for a while! people like to sit in their hotel or outside and unwind and enjoy the sights, but you can't do that when the area isn't pleasant. i would not choose to stay there again!

From the very beginning, myself and my group had problems with our stay. I am 6'6" and 270 lbs. I requested a king room so I could fit and was given a double. After the first night, they moved me to a king room only to stay two more nights with no air conditioning. They comped two nights for the air problem but sleeping in a small bed, I may have just as well slept in a chair. They should have comped the entire stay.
The air conditioning in the hotel did not work properly and the rooms were not cooled. The lobby had a faint odor of backed-up plumbing, as well as the workout factility. Our neighbor in the hotel apparently had ordered breakfast and the dirty dis

Mediocre
Arrived around 3:15pm and waited in the check in line for apprixomately 20 minutes before being told that no rooms were available and to try again in 30 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and after much confusion by the front desk staff, was...

Horrible
This place used to be pretty decent. However, new management combined with a management-focused mindset vs. customer-focused attitude has driven our business away. Remodeling has been going on for 2 years now and really makes the experience...

The hotel is under renovation and is looking great. The check-in process was seamless and had wonderful staff. They were very helpful and recommended a delicious restaurant and directions. The beds were amazing! They have a great sleep aide program. Walking through the hotel any employee that walked by said hello and was very friendly. The pool area was wonderful for my children. We had a great weekend in Oklahoma City!

I stayed here for a training and the motel was horrible. The A/C did not ever work correctly. There was exposed wiring in the bathroom (my 2yr old found), mold on the walls in the bathroom, pool was green and turbid (drained it the last day of training). The front staff was not helpful. There is not a fridge in every room. I called at 9am to have them put a fridge in our room. After checking in a 4, I was told it would be in the room, and it wasn't. We went to get milk and food, still no fridge. After 4 calls to the desk, finally at 830pm it arrived. The lady dropped it off at the door and I had to hook it up. STAY AWAY from this place.

We had to change rooms after we got there. I was really suprised to find a personal book in that had been left in the room.. I opened the book, and some kind of home made pill fell out.. full of white powder.. I called the front desk, and they sent an unkept housekeeper up to get the probable narcotic and book from the room.. A little later, we kept searching the room only to find at the foot of the bed was some type of surgical tubing tip, like that on IV machines, or... illegal drug use..
The offered us free breakfast, and a room change.. We are not morning people, so we returned the breakfast coupons, and they in return gave us 30% off dinner coupon if we ate in their cafe.. Their food was great there, but not really worth what we had already gone through..
The second room we were in had 30 cents, a small redish brown pill, and a floss/pick piece of plastic... kinda made me sick to be honest.. the rooms are just not cleaned well.. and for about $95 a night.. I really expected more..
Also, the phones and lamps in both of the rooms we had really sucked..
Conveniently located, decent restaurants nearby, with a nondescript exterior but very nice and clean rooms in this remodelled hotel. Not much to do in the area, then again, it's OKC. Watch out for pricing on ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE. When booking,...
