The beds were a little to soft for me, but the people at this hotel made my stay wonderful. I had great service everywhere I went. Their breakfast and lunch buffets were very good. Dinner did fall a little flat.

50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The location was very desirable. The room was nice. I have no complaints. The Crown Plaza hotel needs to realize that wireless internet should be a complimentary service for guests. I had problems with the cable service provided and as a result I will not stay there in the future. I look for hotels with complimentary wi-fi internet service.
The rooms were very comfortable. The employees were responsive to my needs.
I am very likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel North Dallas-Addison.
