Not only was the stay comfortable, but the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He made sure that I knew about construction areas and was a genuinely gracious host.

first of all we did not spend alot of time at the hotel. loved the accessibility of the train to mall of America. the front desk staff were above and beyond helpful and courteous. Did not care too much for the parking ramp (due to some construction.)

I love the Crowne Plaza hotel for the comfort of the beds and the bedding. It is convenient to walk to nearby locations using the skywalks. It is convenient to many restaurants and to public transportation including the airport rail system.

It’s a fine hotel. It is kind of annoying that the group price was higher than the AAA or internet price. It’s a good location, though downtown Minneapolis is pretty dead on the weekends.

I stayed at this hotel on business travel, and found it to be very comfortable. The luxury bed linens were awesome with extra pillows. I usually wake up several times during the night, but I had a great night's sleep on these beds. Definitely at the ...
