This hotel does not deserve even one star!

It's a waste of money, at $600 a night for a suite, this hotel was a joke! The toilet ran all night, had a dirty carpet and upholstery, torn bedspreads, broken mirrors, coffee pots that don't work, the spa was not heated, and the pool was dirty. There were no phone books or room service menus in the room, no microwave, an empty entertainment center, rude and arrogant ownership as well as dissatisfied employees.

In the 25+ years I have been traveling for business and pleasure, this was the worst hospitality I have ever experienced! This is definitely not a place to bring your business!

I don't believe that the hotel was priced correctly. For the price, I expected more than just a bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had no complaints actually because their computer system went down and my party and I ended up not being charged for anything! In spite of that I would choose to stay in a Radisson Hotel again!
