We stayed only briefly, to be near the airport for a 6 am flight, but found the staff very friendly and responsive, the food very good, and the room comfortable. A plus was the bird's eye view of LAX, though the sound of the big jets taking off in the middle of the night did manage to penetrate the pretty good soundproof glass.

the airconditioning was not working well, so the room was pretty hot. I woke up in the middle of the nigth because the noisy air conditioner,the bath tube was blocked so the water did not got down.

This is not the place to stay. The rooms are old and dirty, the staff is not very friendly, it is noisy and has unpleasant odors in the rooms and corridors. There were more than 10 very visible disgusting dark hairs (we counted) in the sink, shower and bathroom counter - I don't know how any decent housekeeper could miss this. Speaking of housekeeping, these maids apparently make it standard practice to open all doors of occupied guestrooms at 6am - we heard 4 doors slam, including ours. I mean Open - not knock or anything. I accidentally left something behind in the room and it magically disappeared within hours of my check-out, never to be seen again. Try the Sheraton or Marriot or anywhere else but here!

The shuttle to the airport was very handy. The staff was helpful. I liked the beds, but the carpet was dirty. I didn't like having to pay to use the computer to print my plane tickets. Overall, it was a good hotel. The lobby seemed clean and was decorated well.

Gret location on the LAX corridor. Nice rooms and centrally located. Beach cities, downtown and Hollywood attractions are all just a short drive away. Busses will pick you up right outside to take you to Santa Monica

Unless you are an airplane fan and want to hear planes all night, don't stay here. Room was extemely noisy, awaken every hour by a plane taking off. Room decor was outdated and worn thin. Had a dinner and drink in the bar while listening to a ...

Very clean and comfortable.The parking was expensive. Not something I budgeted. The hotel was very nice and upscale. Room was very clean and comfortable. I do not like to pay for parking at $12 per day.
