The staff was veru courteous and eager to help. The 24 hour fitness center and olympic size heated pool was definitly a plus. The food was excellent with a southern kick to it. I will for sure stay here again

Our reservations were made in advance of sixty days. We were placed in a room with no outside window and the drapes were closed when we checked in. There was no door on the closet, no vanity space in the foyer and no list of services available.
I am not likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Lexington-The Campbell House.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Staying at the Campbell House was really great. The atmosphere reflected the bluegrass area. The staff was friendly. The elevator was slow and the hallways confusing.
The beds were really comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Lexington-The Campbell House.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
