The lobby area is very nice and the staff was very helpful. The room just looked dirty. They were working in the room next to mine and the fumes were nauseating.

Horrible
Arrived 5/4 1:30pm, finally at 7:30pm able to check in. Had to call the front desk for towels, coffee, creamer/sugar both days - then wait about an hour for them to be delivered. But dirty coffee cups were left for us each day - how special! Front...
25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My husband’s job was holding a formal event at the conference center at this hotel and since it was about two hours away and we would probably be drunk, we decided to stay at the hotel. That was a big mistake.
First, the hotel was $70/night, and when we got there, the walls were dirty, there was an empty water bottle behind the dresser, and the bathroom had so many cracks and bad plaster jobs that I took pictures with my camera.
But since it was late, we stayed because we needed to get dressed and leave. When we returned from the event at about 2 am, we noticed there was animal feces under the chair in the room!
I went to the front desk and told them, he offered another room, but we were too tired to move, so they came to clean it up and we slept on top of the sheets and left early that morning.
The next day they gave us $10 off our stay, but I feel the hotel should be $30 a night. I wrote them an e-mail, but they refused to comply and I had to go to the BBB. Do not waste your money to stay here!

Mediocre
I've had to stay there 3 times in the last 2 months, and the list of things that went wrong are too long to list. Lost reservations, bad keys, housekeeping leaving my door open, checking me out early, broken elevators, broken icemakers, etc, etc... ...
