Mediocre
The restaurant food was delicious here and that's saying something for hotel cuisine. My wife and I travel alot together for business especially recently. We found the beds in this hotel to be the most uncomfortable in all of our travels...

Valley only. I wouldn't stay here again for what I paid. It was not worth the money for room service either and the room looked different from what was.

Staff was very nice.Nothing was open around the hotel. The shuttle only ran in the downtown area, and nothing was open downtown over the weekend. Room was fairly clean but nothing spectacular. If you want to just stay in the hotel, not bad. Nothing...

The staff was extremely helpful.Nothing. The Downtown Houston Crowne Plaza surpasses any other Crowne Plaza I have used. The staff was exceptional, helpful and courteous. I have already recommended the hotel to others when we travel there next month.
