I liked the hotels comfort level. They managed to accommodate a large group of people without problems. The restaurant was fantastic. The location was terrible. There is nothing to do within a walking distance of the hotel. The pool and gym are meager at best.
They made me feel welcome and provided a friendly atmosphere. I was happy with the level of service available to me.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Houston-Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
