This hotel is adequate and I stay here because it is the lowest priced hotel downtown. The TV didn't work on my last trip and I have never been satisfied with the cable channel selection. But the staff at this hotel is excellent, efficient, and friendly.
The staff at the desk is always friendly. The driver of the shuttle gave me excellent directions to a location in town and even drew me a map with shortcuts.
