My room was clean and tidy upon my arrival. I wanted a safe and reasonable place to stay and this fit my requirements perfectly. I asked the concierge for a few recommendations and was very pleased with her reservation for a delightful dinner close by. When I ordered room service for breakfast, it was prompt with the coffee steaming hot. The local newspaper was an added bonus. The bed was comfy with plump pillows and dreamy duvet. I have stayed at many Crowne Plazas during my travels and this one in Vancouver met my expectations. You won't be unhappy with this choice.

The staff were very polite and friendly, greeting and assisting us immediately. We were satisfied with our room as well. The beds were very comfortable and we slept peacefully on the down pillows and duvets. We didn't eat at the hotel's resturant but we did order inroom service and were satisfied. The location is great for shopping and the night life since it is close to both granville and robson street.

Okay
The beds were very comfortable. I thought the soap they provided was a bit too fragrant, but otherwise it was a nice room. We got a great deal, since we booked it through hotwire.com. My only complaint is that parking was rather expensive ($22). The ...
