The beds are very comfortable,best sleep i've had. Rooms are quiet,didnt hear other guests at all. Taps and shower could do with improving slightly.

staff helpful and friendly on the whole. the shuttle is a boon if you are not driving yourself around.pool was inviting but spa needed bit more cleaning. The staircase,which i used as opposed to lift needed new carpet badly.

Food was very good, steaks were especially fab,daily specials were very good value,bar prices were little high generaly though.

idealy situated,near fantastic shopping and numerous assorted eating choices accomadating every taste and budget.

I really enjoyed the bed. It was very comfortable.

I hadn't stayed in Novi for a while but I've been coming more and more recently and the hotel is definitely the best value in the area. It's right next to shopping and the mall and the staff shuttled me there for free. The quality of the food at the bar has increased tenfold since the last time I stayed here before the remodeling. There are still some minor remodeling projects going on but they are all in the restaurant or lobby an didn't affect my stay at all. I loved the complimentary slippers.

This hotel has completely changed since I last stayed there. They have changed the name from Doubletree to Crowne Plaza and have done an A --> Z renovation. The room was amazing. It was the mose comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything in it was brand new; nothing like it was before. Theres an indoor pool, outdoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness center, basketball court, business center, bar/lounge and so much more! The staff was very courteous. I can honestly think of no complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You must check it out!

The staff was friendly. The hotel was just beginning a major renovation and it seemed very aged and worn. It was not what I expected from the aspect of the updated rooms and everything seemed old.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at check in and shuttle service was exceptional. The restaurant staff and the food quality were well beyond expectation.
