My husband and I have been staying there for visits to his children for several years. Honestly, even with the construction/upgrades to the hotel and the gym being closed last time, it is always an excellent experience.
I haven't been to a business class hotel that asked me if I needed assistance getting my bags to my room as the previous reviewer mentioned. That said, you do expect it at a 4-5 star hotel and it is offered. Different levels of expectation, in my opinion.
The only thing I've ever considered unusual there is that they have one luggage cart and they could definitely need more of those.
