We arrived at the hotel and was quite pleased with the service and the look of the hotel on the inside. We had a pretty good rate at $180 a night. Once we were on the elevator and up to the 19th floor, it was downhill from there. The halls were hot...

The hotel is near the lake, and has lake view rooms. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have extra ammenities (a cd that lulls you to sleep). Stupidly, I left a drawer in the room unemptied. They sent me my stuff within 2 days. The staff was very helpful, and kind. Customer service is a top priority. We were attending a convention for the w'end and the food was great, and the food service staff friendly, helpful, and responsive to special needs. I highly recommend this hotel. It is reasonably priced too.

I am a Priority Club member and I stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza hotel for a Cleveland Browns home football game. It was within easy walking distance of the stadium, check in and check out were fast and easy, the staff was helpful and the amenities for Priority Club members were quite good. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend staying there overnight as a stress free option for attending Browns' home games.
It was a friendly atmosphere. The staff and the other guests seemed relaxed, too.
I am very likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Cleveland City Centre.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff was amazingly knowledgeable about the city, like things to do and places to eat, and they were very friendly.
The items offered in the room, the sleep CD, the linen spray, were unexpected and they made us feel as though we were getting more than our money's worth.
I am very likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Cleveland City Centre.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
My wife and I got away for a few days and wanted a centrally located base from which to explore the R&R HOF and some dowtown restaurants and shopping...this hotel was PERFECT for us overall.
We had a great weekend here in February. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and the price was unbeatable. We did request a room change after discovering lots of rowdy neighbors - and were quickly and happily accomodated...

The hotel did not have bell persons to take our luggage. The elevators were confusing. Parking was expensive. The hotel bar was dirty and understaffed. The room service was slow. The bathroom had dirt and hair covered the vent over the shower.
I am not likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Cleveland City Centre.
I would not recommend it to friends.
