42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Hotel did not keep our reserved room, despite credit card confirmation. The room they gave us did not have enough beds--I had to sleep on a couch. I had no pillow, and staff said they had none to give me. The hotel was also hosting a loud party til 2 am, which kept us awake. They did nothing to address our complaints, and Choice Hotels, the parent company, did next to nothing. The worst experience we've ever had in a hotel.
