At first glance of the exterior of this hotel, and the lobby, I was not impressed. Upon entering my room, I was pleased. There was (I believe) a 42 inch plasma television set, a gift set of linen spray, sleeping mask, and ear plugs if needed. The bed was comfortable and they did not skimp on the pillows. The bath area was nice and clean with all the amenities (shampoo, lotion, plenty of towels, even mouth wash,etc). I must not forget to mention, there was even a CD player with a relaxation cd and a coffee maker. The staff was very nice too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza here in Bloomington! I LOVED their "North" lounge...LOVED the food I was served, the interior decor in this lounge was breathtaking and the staff was AWESOME! Their Business Center was very nice and featured two computers with high speed Internet...though there was a lot of defects with the computers and Windows needed to be re-installed on them, I believe. Their pool was huge and the sauna was relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and the room me and my acquaintances stayed in was very reasonably sized. I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! If I ever stay in Minneapolis again (I made the mistake of staying at the Super 8 Motel in Roseville, MN back in 2006...never again), I will stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel!

As a single mom traveling alone with my teenage daughter this was a perfect place to stay. The hotel shuttle was prompt to pick us up at the airport and upon arrival the hotel clerk upgraded us to the female only floor. It was seperated and secure...

I was impressed with the set-up of this place, very updated and interesting, not the same old hotel (you'll notice it right when you walk in). Every room had a large flat screen tv (or at least ours did) which was impressive and the rooms were nice...

A wonderful hotel for the money! Very clean and the staff was very courteous. Close to the MOA so if you don't want to take the free shuttle, you could drive there in about 5 mins. Very quiet room! Would definitely stay there again! Two thumbs...
