Excellent
The hotel is obviously newly renovated and looks lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable, and all of our needs were met. The only word of caution is to light sleepers: the hotel is one block away from heavily-used railroad tracks, and train...

Excellent
I have stayed at this hotel before, but not in awhile. Had no idea it had a renovation. Rooms were wonderful. Had all the anemities i needed, but a refrigerator, which they supplied for a nominal fee (and i think it was, quite possibly, a nicer...
55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This hotel was ok. However, I did not think it was up to the standard of other Sheraton hotels I have stayed in. I was there for a conference so I did not spend off hours there.
I am very likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Billings.
I might recommend it to friends.

Horrible
We were not informed of renovations which started at 9am and throughout the whole day. When you check in at 5am, this is unacceptable. The hotel is a mess and rooms should not be sold.

Good
The Sheraton is going to be one of Billings nicest hotels. It's rooms are nice and clean. What I like about the Sheraton is it's location. If you don't have a rental car you can walk to most of the downtown eateries.

The lobby was dingy. The room reeked of air freshener. I had to visit three floors to find a working ice-maker. There are no discounts for seniors or memberships. It is being remodeled, it needs to be.
I am not likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Billings.
I would not recommend it to friends.

There were no discounts for seniors or other membership. The bar and the restaurant were not inviting. The ice machines were not working on the adjacent floors. It was an overpowering smell of cleaning solution in the rooms. This Sheraton hotel is now being renovated and it needs it.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Billings.
I might recommend it to friends.
30 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel staff is very friendly and went out of the way for all requests. The hotel is beginning renovation, not affecting the guest areas as of yet. I cannot wait for the new rooms. The bellman brought me up to their new show room to allow me to see what changes were taking place. They have great bedding, the most comfortable hotel in a while.

Staff at hotel goes out of their way to make me feel at home. From the airport shuttle driver to check out the Front Desk staff were always smiling. Room Service was okay. Food came on time, but no follow up. The new Beds are the best and look nice too.
