Crowne Plaza Auckland is very central located in the heart of Auckland. Room was spacious, with all amenities. Bathroom was absolutely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Only small minus is that the entrance was not really pedestrian...

Horrible
This hotel was very run-of-the-mill. Cigarette odor and burns in the bedspread despite it being a non-smoking room. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Hot water was intermittent. And the price was 50 dollars more than what we had booked it...
