female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I have stayed at many Crowne plaza and specially the one at ravina and since it was booked I decided to stay at thsi one in Perimeter NW. The staff is very curt & unfriendly, the room we took was on executive level, however the room smelled of smoke both me & my husband woke up with swollen red eyes. The pillow were old and lumpy ,what is the point of staying in Crowne plaza if the bed is not good & you feel unwelcome from the start.
THe toilet did will not flush & the maintainence man was called who simply said that flush multiple times .. it was awfull we were there for a relaxing weekend & ended up with alergies and a bad taste, I will never go & stay here again. I have stayed in Holiday Inn better than this one.
