The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The staff was helpful in giving directions to stores and places to see.
They were able to find a room for us for a reasonable price in a quick manner.
At $138.00 a night, it seemed a bit pricey for what we got in return.
The location was central, the room was ok. We had to ask for a new shower curtain and a bath mat because the one we had was covered with mold. The people were friendly and courteous. The restaurant and the bar were excellent, especially the morning breakfast buffet.
There were no problems. It was an excellently run hotel.
I liked the comfortable bed and the handy location.
I wish their pool would have been in working order.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the Sheraton as a matter of convenience to attend a dance competition my son attends. The pool is closed every year 'for maintenance'.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was relaxed there because the service was excellent so I didn't have to stress about anything.
This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because the room key was good to enter the floor entrance only.
I attended a conference while I stayed there. The public restrooms on conference floors were 'under construction' and unavailable - very inconvenient, but the rooms were great for $79/night (conference rate).
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I felt sophisticated there because of the interior design in the lobby area.
The hotel room had odor like old smoke, and the rates for internet were very high, the meeting space was expensive, noisy, and not refreshing. No trash can was available. The check out took forever as did check in. The location is scary.
