It’s a good location. The parking garage is a little lacking.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff was very friendly.

My advice is to keep your receipt, because weeks after my stay there they claimed I checked out without paying my bill.

There was insufficient hot water in the bathroom. The sink controls and the shower controls did not work well. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows felt very cheap. The location was very good and the hotel bar and restaurant had reasonable prices for a hotel. It seems like the hotel is due for a remodeling.

The hotel has a nice location, convenient to the baseball stadium.

The location was great for downtown attractions and baseball games.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From the doorman to the reception desk and restaurant they all bent over to please you.

I received a great deal on the price. It has a great location. The staff was very helpful. We were there during the gas shortage and they called several gas stations in town for us so we wouldn't have to drive all over town looking for a gas station. They did this on their own, we didn't even ask.

I stayed on business and really enjoyed the free internet and free breakfast they offered just for people on business. Their rooms were the largest I have seen in downtown too!

They got my bill wrong, but corrected it immediately.
