24 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The Crowne Plaza hotels have a certain implication that comes with the name and I feel that the room and the building itself did not match. There was a hole in the wall of our room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Hartford Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel was too pricey for the room.

I am not likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Hartford Downtown.
I would not recommend it to friends.

36 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

This hotel is adequate and I stay here because it is the lowest priced hotel downtown. The TV didn't work on my last trip and I have never been satisfied with the cable channel selection. But the staff at this hotel is excellent, efficient, and friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at the desk is always friendly. The driver of the shuttle gave me excellent directions to a location in town and even drew me a map with shortcuts.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Hartford Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel is beautiful! The beds are nice and soft.

I liked the hotel, even though the staff was a little cold at the reception desk. Their restaurant is great.
