While the overall quality of the room was good, it was small and cramped feeling and dark. The noise level due to street traffic was higher than expected and interfered with sleep. It's no wonder complimentary ear plugs were provided.
This hotel made me feel secure: The locked front doors after 10 pm(? ) that required a key to enter and the vigilance of the staff were positive.

Ther was several mix-ups with my reservation. I was told would be on the execxutive leve whcih was not and could not be out there. I was told would have adjoining roooms, which was not. The staff did put me in rooms next to each other. I was a.
