I travel a lot on business and always try to stay close to where I'm working. A colleague suggested I try out the Crowne Plaza.
I usually stay at the Hyatt or sometimes the Hilton in Greenville and I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was very friendly from the desk, lounge to maintenance, the room very clean and comfortable and the food/service was very good for hotel food.
I was here for the Tuesday night reception (you must try the wings!) and met the hotel manager and sales director. They were both very nice and they really seem to love their jobs. They told me about the renovations and how this hotel was going to be the premier property in Greenville. I certainly don't doubt it!
The hotel really has a lot going for it. I think the rooms and lobby look nice now but once the remodeling is complete, should be fantastic. I am looking forward to coming back to Greenville next month.
