Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids Hotel - Page 2

We stayed at the hotel for a travel baseball tournament and I could not say enough about the hotel. They were wonderful.

It was overall a great experience. But the restaurant was not available for evening meals. Only an early brunch was available. It was Christmas day.

The Crown Plaza had a nice, big, comfy king size bed with a down blanket and it almost made you feel like royalty.

This hotel is in an excellent location, and gives very good service. The rooms were nice with good beds and plenty of room.

The room sizes were adequate and parking was convenient. But the TV remote didn't work well, and the carpet and bathroom floor were dirty; I had to have desk chair replaced because it was dirty and the replacement was also dirty (but not as bad).

This Crowne Plaza needs updating.
