I was there after a wedding reception. The hotel was accommodating and it dealt well with the mass amounts of people from the event.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room had exceeding slow drains in the bathroom shower and sink.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids.

The price was too high for the condition of the hotel, which was deteriorating. The food was not as good as in the past. The hot items were not hot. The selection was not as good. For the price, I would not choose to stay in this hotel.

I am not likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I thought the room was warm and relaxing. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked that there was lots of water pressure in the shower. The bed linens were high quality and very soft.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
