Crowne Plaza Fullerton Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. We were going to Disneyland and wanted something on the cheaper side so as to have more money for shopping. It is about 5 miles from Disneyland, very easy to get to and from Disney. Not really in the best neighborhood but it is a bit off the main road and kind of by itself and lit up really good so just make sure you lock your car doors. We had a room facing the freeway and so could hear the freeway noise all night but that kind of noise doesn't bother us so was no problem for us. The room was very nice with nice fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed although the beds were a bit on the small side, I think maybe they were 2 full size beds instead of queen beds. The room was clean and neat with a fridge and coffee.

My only complaint would be that I left some stuff that I had bought at Disney and when I called to ask them to send it to me they took forever to finally get it and then they said they sent it but it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received it so I am counting it as a loss. So make sure you don't forget anything if you stay there as housekeeping is not on top of sending forgotten stuff to to guests.

So overall a very nice motel if you want a bit cheaper. I prefer to stay on the main strip but when I went it was Holiday Weekend so there was nothing available so it was definitely nice to get something a bit cheaper and not to far away.

Location was not too good, close to highway, tower rooms are better than the rest, Airconditioning was noisy, units in the room, rather than central airconditioning.

We were there with a school group. We did not have hot water for our showers the first day. There was no shop in the hotel and the desk clerk did not even asked if there was anything she could provide for us. Also, we were given room keys to a room that was already occupied.

It's a good hotel for the price. It's located off the freeway so request a room that is not facing the freeway to reduce the noise. We were on the side of the hotel and noise was not a problem.

I was very pleased with our room. We requested a room that was not facing the freeway and we received one on the outer side and we had no problem with the freeway noise. The hotel was great value.
