They have great service and a very friendly staff.

The hotel staff did not know about the shuttle service to the San Francisco International Airport. I almost missed the return flight on night of July Three, 2006.

The hotel was very comfortable, with great food and quick room service. It had very comfortable beds. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

The service was not adequate for the number of guests. When calling the front desk, calls were rerouted and when asking for other guests' rooms, were consistently told they were not guests (and they were). The Lobby lounge/bar was closed for private parties on two of the three nights we were there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had an excellent workout facility and we were there for a wedding and they were very accommodating.

There was some confusion with the reservations and the desk personnel seemed flustered. Then the room they gave me already had someone in it, but eventually they made it right.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was extremely comfortable; the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay at the Crowne Plaza. We attended the big bands event there and were given a special room rate of $75. The event was a lot of fun and our stay at the Crowne Plaza was wonderful in every way.

The walls were very thin, and we could hear everything in the room next door. When we called the front desk to complain, they were a bit rude.

The club hours posted on the door were inaccurate. They usually close at 1 am but since it was slow (less than 15 people) they closed earlier, at 10 pm. I expected them to close at closing time posted as long as there are customers around.

The bar/club closed earlier than the posted hours. The front desk at check in doesn't acknowledge there was discrepancy on the reservation since adding additional a night prior to original arrival date. No apologies offered. Instead just 'nothing we can do, the hotel is full'.

The quality of the hotel has gone down in the recent years.

The same dirty room service trays were left in the hallway all weekend. The trash was not removed from my room…
