Huge hotel, friendly staff and GR Manager very friendly, gave fresh baked cookies as a welcome, pool inside/outside nice & clean/hallways can be noisy with lots ok soccer groups on the same floor other than that great family rooms and clean hotel. Make sure ask for the Sleep Advantage rooms to get the extra perks. Near Ben & Jerrys and Busch Gardens

In spite of booking our room 3 months in advance, they were out of the type of room we had reserved and "upgraded" us to a suite. The room smelled so strongly of mildew (from the AC vents) we had to turn the AC off and sleep with the sliding glass door open. All the lights over the kitchenette area were burnt out and the area was virtually unusable because you could not see. Maintenance did not replace the bulbs though we requested it on our first night. Also one of the sitting room lamps was missing a light bulb so the room was very dark overall. As one of the other reviewers said, the bathroom was so tight it was hard to get in and out without getting a bruise. Finally, the hotel is not within walking distance of the Colonial Williamsburg historic area as stated in the description. I would not recommend this hotel.

This has been the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The photos are very decieving. For starters my air barely worked, toilet broken(wouldn't flush) stuff falling in your head when using bathroom, mildew smell, etc. the list goes on & on. My family & I left the hotel around 6am because neither of us could sleep because it didn't feel clean AT ALL! Please be sure not to stay here if you like cleaniness, hotels free of mold & mildew....you know what don't even bother at all...this place DISGUSTED ME. Never again, my vacation was ruined just because I could not relax after a long day at the water park..... HATE THIS PLACE!!HATE THIS PLACE!!HATE THIS PLACE!!HATE THIS PLACE!!

I have stayed there many times. It is a nice hotel in a nice city. They give service as expected. I have no complaints.

The hotel was extremely understaffed. Waited for 15 minutes for the bellhop on check in; there was only one waiter in the dining room our first night. We waited for more than one hour for a salad and bowl of soup. We felt so bad for the waiter we offered to help him serve.

The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I've ever seen, you practically have to stand in the tub to open the door and God help a larger person who has to use the commode.

The worst part of the trip was that two out of our three days, we received wake up calls before 7:00 AM which we didn't request. The second time it happen, the alarm clock was also set by someone to go off and it wasn't us. Complaints to the manager had no results. We will be writing to their corporate headquarters with our complaints. When you spend $160 a night, you don't expect to get this type of service.

On a good note, the manger and service staff in the dining room were professional and friendly.
