Crowne Plaza Englewood Hotel

The Crown Plaza was very expensive. There room service had extracharges that I have never experiance at any other hotel. You would expect the cost of room service to be more than the restaunt because the cost of room service normally includes a fee for bringingitto the room. Not at Crown Plaza. They first charge a lot for a pot of coffee $7.25, but then they charge an additional $2.50 to bring it to the room, and they decide on a tip for you.

Also the restaraunts morning buffet is over priced $12.99 for cold dry scrambled eggs, half cooked bacon, greasy sausage and dryed out french toast. My wife and I and ur 2 children ages 4 and 2 went for breakfast. The charged for my buffet and for 2 eggs forthe children. Thechildren only ate a small bowl of cereal each. As a whole this hotel rates very low on my list of hotel I would recomend. I have stayed at hotels that cross the whole spectume of cost and service. I have stayed in much less expencive hotels and had a better stay and was provided with more servicesa and amenities, i.e. a real coffe maker, microwave oven, freebreakfast bar, ice and vending on every floor, and didnot have to pay $199 per night either.

The pillows and linens were great! The gift shop was to small. Other then that everything else was great.

This was a very comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel. The pool was lovely. The restaurant was nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

It's a very nice hotel. It makes you feel right at home. It's easy to find especially considering you're so close to New York City.

They have a wonderful hotel staff and beautiful clean and comfortable facilities and rooms. The location was not especially attractive but it is very convenient to access New York City.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The Englewood Crown Plaza hotel was classy without feeling showy or tense. The decor was sophisticated without being intimidating and the staff was friendly but also very polite and respectful.
