Crowne Plaza Coraopolis Hotel

Our family attended a wedding reception at the Crown Plaza and we stayed overnight on the ninth floor. The room and the bathroom were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. The price of our room included brunch the following day - it was fair. I probably would not pay extra for this again.

The hotel guaranteed a wake up call which we requested. Luckily I figured out how to set the room alarm clock as we never received a wake up call and we would have missed our air flight.

We attended a wedding and we stayed over in this hotel. The wedding went beautifully and the breakfast buffet the following morning was superb. However, we did not receive a welcome bag that was left for us by the wedding party. And our air conditioning unit did not work and it was not repaired when we informed the front desk.

I really liked the buffet breakfast. Instead of the usual scrambled eggs that are cold as soon as they hit your plate, they had a really cool chef that made your eggs to order so they were very hot. I really hate cold food. They also had the usual buffet offerings. The chef was also personable as was the rest of the staff and they remembered me on my second morning. That impressed me. I would stay here again.

This hotel made me feel content: The hotel was very personal. The staff knew who we were and where we were going because they asked and then they remembered us. I liked that.

It is a lovely place and it is convenient.
