The room was large and very comfortable.They got our first room service order wrong. Large room, comfortable bed, quiet efficient air conditioning, beautiful area. Definitely a three star hotel.

Great hotel, terrible service staff. Inexperienced staff, I had a problem with the movie channel and when I called for a Maintenance person they said they were too busy. Great hotel, they allow pets.

The Crowne Plaza is near a private airport, Buchanan Airport- so we were able to fly in on a moments notice and I was able to attend my conference without any travel issues. Not having to deal with traffic is key on the east bay. Rooms were better ...
