They are well trained and help you in any way they can. It is part of the thing like about the hotel.
This hotel made me feel important: Grat customer service at the front desk and in the resturants and the pool areas.

This is unfair to the hotel, but had a peeping tom outside my window on the morning of my checkout. It made me less than secure from that point on. The hotel handled the situation properly, but was unnerved by the experience.

Great experience. When had a problem with arriving and my room was not ready, they told me they would give me extra rewards points for my inconvenience. Very courtious.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Very comfortable room. The beds are the best of any hotel/motel have ever stayed at.
