I was very pleased with the immediate response to my personal needs such as a refrigerator in my room for my medication. I was very pleased with the overall customer service from the lounge, restaurant, country store, etc. and the front desk, and housekeeping. Everyone was very customer oriented and very pleasant.

This hotel made me feel excited: I felt like I was in a very special place. I felt like royalty.

It is a great hotel, with great service, nice rooms and very comfortable beds. I would recommend the Sheraton hotel to my friends and relatives.

The hotel is in a good location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is well equipped for families, with two swimming pools, a hot tub and an exercise room. The rooms are large.

The Sheraton hotel in Colorado Springs was a total disappointment. The staff was not helpful. The first room had a non functioning air conditioner, we were given a second room that already had someone in bed when we entered the room and the third room was filthy with mold in the bathroom and a toilet that had not been cleaned. We were devastated especially since we had just stayed at the Sheraton hotel in Steamboat Springs and we were totally delighted with our experience.

Everything was fine. The hotel was professional and comfortable. The design and the parking in relation to the room were very confusing.

I liked it. It was great for the price. However, I was somewhat disappointed in the outdoor pool, it was a little shabby and not nearly as nice as the indoor pool. Otherwise, everything was great. Also, the breakfast buffet was way too expensive.

I’ve stayed at the Colorado Springs Sheraton hotel twice. My first visit was pretty nice. On the second visit, my wife and I decided to stay on the “Club Floor”. Do not waste your money on this. The club is only open a couple of hours a day. To our surprise, the club is not open on the weekends. However, they still charged us the club level price and would not refund the extra cost (even though they did not provide any club amenities). The Club rooms are not any better than the other rooms. Basically, you are paying about $40 for a continental breakfast. My room heater was broken for the whole week and even with several requests, it was never fixed. Forget about the hot tub, it is only slightly warmer than the pool (on both visits). Overall, nice hotel, just skip the Club level rip off.

Overall I enjoyed the stay except for Internet service. The hotel only had wireless Internet service and the coverage was not good throughout the hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: This visit was part of a business meeting at a nearby site with most attendees staying at the hotel. The hotel was very helpful and accommodating with transportation and other assistance.

It was a nice stay. I did not like the bar staff’s personality.

This hotel is in need of refurbishment, particularly the guestrooms. The bathroom was terribly outdated and the hall carpet smelled like cat urine. I have no complaints about the price, but I would not stay there again unless the rooms and halls are remodeled.

They did a great job in taking care of our conference. I would have preferred a room closer to the main ballroom we were using for meetings, but I understand their usage problems.

They could use a makeover. Some of the hallways smell musty and the decor is a little outdated in both the rooms and the halls; the front area has been updated and looks great. Someone out front to assist with our luggage would be greatly appreciated.
