Crowne Plaza Bloomington Hotel

At first glance of the exterior of this hotel, and the lobby, I was not impressed. Upon entering my room, I was pleased. There was (I believe) a 42 inch plasma television set, a gift set of linen spray, sleeping mask, and ear plugs if needed. The bed was comfortable and they did not skimp on the pillows. The bath area was nice and clean with all the amenities (shampoo, lotion, plenty of towels, even mouth wash,etc). I must not forget to mention, there was even a CD player with a relaxation cd and a coffee maker. The staff was very nice too.

The Crowne Plaza Bloomington is a nice hotel with an awesome decor and exterior. I must stay when in the Minnesota area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza here in Bloomington! I LOVED their "North" lounge...LOVED the food I was served, the interior decor in this lounge was breathtaking and the staff was AWESOME! Their Business Center was very nice and featured two computers with high speed Internet...though there was a lot of defects with the computers and Windows needed to be re-installed on them, I believe. Their pool was huge and the sauna was relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and the room me and my acquaintances stayed in was very reasonably sized. I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! If I ever stay in Minneapolis again (I made the mistake of staying at the Super 8 Motel in Roseville, MN back in 2006...never again), I will stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel!

We frequently stay there because it is one of the few places we have found with poolside rooms. Unfortunately that area is poorly monitored and during our last two visits people have been in the pool area making a lot of noise when the pool was closed and we were trying to sleep. Also, when we have stayed at this property around a holiday, the restaurant closed early the night before so when we arrived tired and hungry, we had to turn around and go back out to find someplace to have dinner. That will not stop us from staying there, we will just come prepared from now on.

My room was too small. I was not able to request a rollaway bed. I loved the computer service.
