Quiet, nice view, helpful staff who was willing to solve problems.The WiFi routers are in every fourth room. If a guest unplugs the router in their room, four rooms have no WiFi. Very clean, tastefully decorated but not overdone, convenient to town. ...

Nothing.Everything. This is a economy hotel with inflated pricing. The rooms have no insulation and you can hear everything on both sides of you. The pool is right by the street and not very restful. The rooms are in bad shape.
43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were double charged on our credit card for meals at the restaurant. Daily deductions were taken out on our credit card and on departure we were charged again. Not knowing this until we returned home to Australia I phoned the Crown Plaza Hotel only to be put on hold 3 times then they hung up on me. I have now contacted Qantas holidays to help me with this matter. Also the exchange rate for this hotel is extreamley poor .79 in the dollar while other hotels were .91 in the dollar.

The lobby was the best just because it looked new.Pool was small, room was tiny, and was far from most sights. Some of the workers were young and were unprofessional and kept calling me "dude". The rooms were tiny and was pretty far from everything. ...

Can't believe the reviews I have just read. I loved my stay there. Before we left Australia we were told that people were not that friendly in LA but found the complete opposite. As soon as we arrived the front desk were just lovely and very helpful....
