It was a nice hotel and easy to find.

The billing problems were resolved on site. I made two attempts to resolve problem. The staff was very friendly even through the conflict

I was pleasantly surprised at comfortable accommodations on the night we expected to be home.

The hotel was very clean. The location was great and close to the interstate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I thought that my stay was very nice. The beds were good, the hotel was clean, the staff was efficient and the food was excellent.

The shuttle from the airport was timely upon arrival and departure. The hotel staff was very helpful and the concierge was excellent. The hotel car service was bar, however, the quality of food both in room service and the restaurant left some to be desired. Overall though, I was made to feel comfortable and pampered. I would definitely go back.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The setting was posh with an open area for the bar with wonderfully plush couches to sit on. The marble floors and decor bespoke a certain kind of extravagance and when I called for a car, the concierge assigned me my own driver and town car for the week.

The shower was disappointing the hot water did not stay consistent and was often tepid. Also the tub had chips in the porcelain. The location is great for easy access to airport. The room was very comfortable, although no HBO on TV.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff recognized I had stayed with them previously. They knew my preferences and provided vouchers for a free movie and drink at the bar.

The plumbing problem in the room took a day and a half to correct.

I had booked the room for two nights and they had messed up the reservations and had me for one night. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay.

Wanted to treat myself to a really nice dinner in the restaurant while was there. Ordered a filet mignon... But they 'accidentally' served it to another patron, and had no more available! my new york strip was a disappointing substitute.
