Crowne Plaza Atlanta Airport Hotel

It is an incredibly nice hotel. It has a great location with a shuttle to the airport, friendly service and amazing rooms. I really enjoyed the conference rooms as well. Overall, it was a great facility.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist. The rooms and the facilities were much better than expected.

This hotel made me feel respected: The very polite and courteous staff made me feel respected.

We were traveling as chaperones with a group of high school cheerleaders. When the bus we were riding on arrived at the hotel, a staff member, a bus boy, told the bus driver he needed to move the bus from the covered entryway to unload us because other shuttles would be arriving that would need to unload. The staff member would not allow any of the passengers to debark from the bus. Because the parking lot was very tight quarters, it took the bus driver about ten minutes to maneuver the bus to where the staff member indicated we had to park to unload. We unloaded the bus, without any help from the hotel staff. During this time, no other vehicles arrived at the hotel. After unloading the bus, we asked the staff member to help us transport a number of parcels to the coach's room and he refused to help us and refused to even let us use his cart.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. The only problem I had was that the desk clerk charged the wrong credit card. I asked to change cards, I was told she would, but then when I got my bills, I was charged on the wrong one.

The directions were terrible to get there. I loved the bed as it was incredible, and the soaps and little things that were in the room really made it special. There was a problem with the air conditioning in the hallway, it was very hot and stuffy, and no one fixed it in the three days I was there. They weren't as prepared for the conference as they should have been and were late checking people in. I would go back just for the beds. I slept great.
