The hotel was conveniently located, it had great security and a friendly helpful staff.

This hotel made me feel content: The comfortable room was pretty, relaxing and clean. It was a great stay overall.

Although the location was a tad poor and downtown seemed to be deserted by all but homeless people, the hotel seemed very nice and comfortable. My first night was fine, but my second night was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel or motel. There was non stop partying and slamming of doors and just as I was reaching for the phone to call the front desk, it stopped, at half past two o'clock in the morning. After a few hours' sleep, I went to the breakfast buffet, where there was no food for fifteen minutes and then only a small part of the buffet was replenished. When it came time to pay my check, my waiter was nowhere to be found and I had to get a hostess to process it. When I checked out thirty minutes later, the front desk had no record of my breakfast bill and after trying to get one for fifteen minutes, they wrote it off as complimentary, which they should have done in the first place. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay there again.

The hotel has a nice location, very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant.

The Crowne Plaza hotel that I stayed in was no different from any other hotel stay.

I was very happy with the accommodations. I would recommend them for others to use.
