Crowne Plaza Akron Quaker Square Hotel - Page 2

The staff was courteous. The room was clean and in good condition. The room service was prompt. The bar staff was good. The only complaint was that the heating unit in my room was extraordinarily noisy. I had to keep the heat turned down so I could sleep and it got a little chilly.

We celebrated New Year's Eve there, and had a great time.

I liked everything about the Crowne Plaza Hotel. They were courteous and attentive. It was very peaceful, which I really needed, and service was excellent.

The bathroom could have been much cleaner. The restaurant was great. I liked the friendly service and the great food. There was a lot of food! It was close to shopping and the museum.

It was very historic, with many unusual things to see throughout the hotel. The rooms were outstanding -- very roomy and well kept.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They have nice TV's in the room. There are many historical engravings and items to see in the hotel itself.

This hotel made me feel excited: The additional things at Quaker Square (like the restaurant with the train, the shops, the round rooms, the big faces on the walls, etc.) are what I enjoyed mot during my stay.

It is very unique, and the shops and atmosphere in the restaurants is wonderful. The only 'down side' was the parking.
