48 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was fine, the beds very comfortable, however they had pool music on until 11:30 and started it up again at 6:00 am. This could be heard clearly in the room making a good night's sleep impossible.

It was a nice location. The lofts were unique and pleasant.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza.
I might recommend it to friends.

59 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Though not the hotel's fault, there had been a severe storm before our arrival-the hotel's air conditioning was out (rooms were cool), and the lobby was damp. The phone service was not working. Renovations were occurring, which added to chaos and dirt being tracked everywhere.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza.
I would not recommend it to friends.

25 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was too expensive for the quality of stay. Also, they first booked us in the wrong room so we had to drag all our stuff and move into another one.

I am not likely to return to the Crowne Plaza.
I would not recommend it to friends.
