I loved it. the pools are beuatiful pretty good food. kids area awesome and people to watch them. much entertainment. nice and easy to get food and drinks by the pool many gift shops nice rooms. amazing to me. i would love to go back.

Beach.Very dirty.“Just got back from a 5 night stay at Crown Paradise. It was terrible. Had to wait for a very long time to get checked in. When we got checked in, they never gave us a lock for our safe, so we had to stand in line again for 30 min....
Horrible and definitely NOT a 4 and a half STAR.

First why do we book 4 monthe in adavance, pay top 4 and they take over 4 hrs. to find us a cleaned. ready room? Wht were'nt we all on the same floor .as asked? WHY is there NO bottled water on the rooms, daily.? Why don't the kids have...
This summer i went to the hotel it was nice.. i guess.... the food was alright the entertainment kept the kids busy.... ok if ur gonna go here aviod the fish resturant and the mexican... the ones me and my family liked were the buffet, the japanese, ...
i loved it we went in febuary and there isonly one bad thing about this hotel the buffet restauraant not much choice there but waynes boots iis lovely i had fillet steak and there is loads of fun things todo i am going agai in febuary 09 cant wait...

the room was musty and damp and smelled like roach spray, food was mediocre at best, same food at each restaurant on the menu cooked a different way with a very limited menu of seafood and chicken, the peso to dollar exchange at the front desk wasnt ...
We stayed at the CPC for 10 days had a great time. At first the A/C didn't work right in our room, they came up right away to try to fix it, and they couldn't, so they moved us to a different room and it was fine. People that are complaining ...
