This place has full kitchens, free wifi. Also, having a clean place to stay is very important and they take really good care of the rooms. Bottom line, very affordable and great place to...

Beware! dirty, rude, rundown.. – Posted Aug 12, 2008

Horrible

It was the worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. The room was filthy, trash still in room, bed had not been cleaned, hair and eyelashes in the bed. The bed was terrible, not to say a double was all they had, they said because we used a...

Inexpensive and well lit parking.Beds were hard as rocks.“The price was right; the location was marginal, but easy to get to. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the noise was a problem from other rooms...

Avoid this place at all costs – Posted May 18, 2008

Horrible
33 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I'm not sure how this hotel can qualify as a "2 star" hotel. This place is a dive and should be condemned in my opinion. First, it's in what I felt was an unsafe area. I felt like lots of drug dealers and low lifes were staying there. I asked for a non smoking room, but it seems ALL the rooms have been smoked in. They all stink. There were ashes on the nightstand in my "non smoking" room. The carpet was filthy from obvious lack of vacuuming. I wondered if my room had been used to make drugs--it wouldn't surprise me. I've had nationwide problems with Crossland. In Florida, Colorado and Washington they are equally awful. there is something inherently awful about this hotel chain and its management and I will never stay at any Crossland again. I liked the low price with a mini kitchen but it's just not worth it. This hotel deserves 1 star at most in my humble opinion. Crossland merged with Extended Stay America. Extended Stay is a 2 star hotel--Crossland is not. Extended stay deluxe is only a 2.5 star hotel but it's 5 times nicer than crossland. That's why i think crossland only deserves 1/2 a star.

Nothing. The bed smelled like cigarettes.“The hotel is not what I usually get on your site. I learned not to go below 2.5 stars, the bed was like a rock and every time I moved it creaked. The towels were musty and I never saw anyone in 6 nights. No...
