Okay
Very basic accomodations - Rooms fairly small, but clean. Fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, coffeemaker, sink and minimal cooking utensils. Small tv and one chair table, alarm. Nice shower, adequate linen. Bed ok. Elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors....

Horrible
Staff was freindly and efficient. Hotel room was not clean, Bathroom had mold on walls and ceiling. Hard to find as directions were from the wrong exit. Will not stay here again. Price was cheap( get what you pay...
48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
dirty, no air in main areas no internet. THere was no air in halls, elevators. Rooms were dirty-toilet broke. Internet down-Police even showed up. Bad service, staff put you on hold and then did not answer. My husband went to lobby to see why they had me on hold for 15 minutes and the kid was just sitting in the office, he said "I thought she hung up". Bad Bad Bad....Choice Hotels needs to check this dump out.
I am not likely
to return to the Crossland Kansas City - Independence.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Good
Picked the KC Crosland based on price and location. Turned out it is tucked away in business park. First night room was great, clean, quiet; on return trip 2 wks later room was OK but smelled like a former smoking room. Would stop here again.

Good
I was very pleased with my stay at this Holiday Inn. It was very neat and tidy, plus the staff was quite nice. The restaurant and night club was a little pricey, but still doable. The only complaint we had was that someone had their bratty kids...
