Good

Horrible
Unfortunately nothing. You had to take you towels to the office for clean ones.“The room was not cleaned very well and had stains in the carpet. If you wanted clean towels you had to had deliver your dirty ones to the office for exchange and there...
Nothing.Hard beds, unreliable staff.“This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, just an all around bad stay...
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This room was filthy. The dishes, silverware and silverware tray, dish drain, shelves, countertop, shower - all filthy, had to be cleaned before I could use anything. I asked housekeeping for bleach for the shower floor and they said they didn't have any! The bathroom sink is falling off the wall, the trim around the kitchenette counter is falling off the wall. Carpets are old, worn, and terribly stained. The freezer in the mini-frig was so filled with frost nothing would fit in it. I spent 2 hours defrosting the freezer and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom (with the dish soap I brought with me for my service dog's food dish), just so I could keep the food I had brought with me from going bad, then feed my service dog, have my own meal, take a shower, and collapse for a restless night of sleep worrying about bugs until I can check out in the morning and move into a clean hotel for the rest of the week. Oh and the "free wireless internet" actually costs $4.99 for whatever length of time you can tolerate staying here.

The price was great. There was no maid service at all. We were there for 6 days!“The room was small, minimally and cheaply furnished, and was showing its age. The hotel staff is snippy and short-tempered when they're there at all; I had to wait 45...
