The staff and manager went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is centrally located. The room is clean with amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator and a stove. The only problem that I had was that my room was adjacent to the elevator and I found it to be somewhat noisy at night.

I liked the accommodations -- the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The problem was with the booking; we had booked a double queen room, and when we got to the hotel they gave us the wrong type of room. Fortunately, someone else who was checking in had his own reservation messed up too, got angry, and rejected his rooms, so we got one of those rooms.

The price was great. Check-in service was lousy. The location was fair.

I received a lesser rate at check-in than got from expedia, online. We encountered several problems that were, more or less taken care of by management at check-out with a reduced rate. Did not change the unpleasant nature of our stay. Remote did not.
