Had two adjoining rooms, stayed two nights. They stated on the website "Guests with pets are welcome". The front desk clerk was very rude, they supposedly don't allow pets contrary to the website. There were pets (cats and dogs) everywhere!! The rooms were very small, kitchen area even smaller. The beds were hard and made for midgets, rough flat pillows. Pubic hair in the bathrooms and showers. Had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned and they put up an argument with it. I would find another location to stay if planning to visit.

Stayed at Crestwood Suites for a 10 day period in July. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that the Kitchen is very tiny and the fridge was apartment size vs full size as in other extended stay hotels and that that smaller studio is very tiny and not really big enough for a family of four as stated. It was comfortable and clean and the staff( most anyways) were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if I needed an extended stay hotel or even a overnight. Live in Snellville now vs Florida when we stayed. Very convenient and quiet overall...

Laundry room is clean and reasonable in price and the hotel itself is also very clean and well maintained.

Great location. Clean rooms. Rude desk clerks.
